- Advance payment is non-refundable if 40% payment is not made according to payment.
- 40% cancellation will apply 30 days before the booking date.
- 80% cancellation will apply 20 days before the booking date.
- No refund on cancellation to the same or previous day.
- No refund will be made in the case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle or natural calamities like a landslide, flood, earthquake, heavy snowfall, or any other reason beyond the control of Hike in India.
- Hike in India shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicles or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Hike in India.
